Leveraging more than a decade of political experience, Hayley Dierker helped lead the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as chief operating officer and chief of staff. The position required her to manage a full complement of daily administrative responsibilities, including human resources, direct marketing, and information technology. Over her tenure, Hayley Dierker led a team of 141 cross-functional staff members and played a key role in planning for a two-year budget of $212 million.
Before entering politics, Hayley Dierker earned her master of science in justice, law and society from American University in Washington, D.C. Earlier in her education, she earned her bachelor of science in public relations and political science from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. While an undergraduate, she served as president of the Pi Sigma Alpha political science honors fraternity and belonged to the Public Relations Student Society of America.
In her private life, Hayley Dierker stays active by pursuing outdoor sports like kayaking and snow skiing. She is especially fond of bulldogs.
